I am new in this. May I ask what printing method is this? Is this sublimation? But I thought we can only print sublimation on light colors? Are the shirts pre-treated?

My question is should I trademark them which would enable me to have exclusive rights to my own material? I do not want the graphic artist or anyone else using my designs without my consent. I published a book with many historic and interesting photos in it, and ince then Ive half considered making tee shirts using the photos, I'll look into how my color images could be made into transfers. Offhand I remember the images had to be 300dpi for the print book
